Payment Method
- Payments must be done via bank transfer.
- Payment information will be sent to you on a confirmation email once your registration is submitted and accepted.

Payment Terms
- 50% (non - refundable) deposit is required in order to register and confirm your team.
- 50% final deposit is required 1 month before the Challenge.
- A USD 1,500 (refundable) deposit for your tuk tuk. This amount will be blocked (pre-authorization) from a credit card provided.

Cancellation Policy
- Up to 1 month prior to event - 50% cancellation charges apply
- From 1 month priort to the event - 100% cancellation charges apply
